Bluetooth не запустится - Ubuntu 18.04

Некоторое время назад мне ограничили мой iPhone через Bluetooth и видел соединение в Администраторе сети (крайний правый из экрана, где беспроводной значок). Затем это исчезло.

Теперь, когда я пытаюсь включить Bluetooth, кнопка возвращается к 'прочь', как только я изменяю экран на что-то еще (кнопкой, я имею в виду ползунок, где слово 'ПРОЧЬ' находится в сером).

Я судил Blueman и обновил Bluez напрасно. Bluetoothctl не показывает ответа для list и No default controller available для scan on.

rfkill list шоу:

Я подозреваю, что проблема с Bluetooth, а не Администратором сети, но я не знаю, как получить работу Bluetooth. Какие-либо предложения? Было бы хорошо использовать iPhone в качестве резервного соединения, если Wi-Fi понижается, но я должен ограничить его ноутбуком.
