Как установить другое разрешение с xrandr и .xprofile?

Я пытался в течение двух дней уже установить родное разрешение своего монитора в xubuntu. Я должен был установить ядро Linux 4.10, чтобы оно запустило xfce. Я выполняю эти команды в своем .xprofile:

xrandr --newmode "1600x900_60.00"  118.25  1600 1696 1856 2112  900 903 908 934 -hsync +vsync
xrandr --addmode DP2 1600x900_60.00
xrandr --output DP2 --mode 1600x900_60.00

Но во время начальной загрузки это запускает ошибку:

То, которое я думаю, один для каждой команды в .xprofile. Добавление этой команды не помогает ни одному.

xrandr --output HDMI1 --off --output HDMI2 --off --output HDMI3 --off --output DP1 --off

Программы как lxrandr или arandr всегда заканчивали тем, что делали xfce, не загружающийся и не позволяющий мне сделать что-либо, даже не изменить tty.
