Lubuntu 16.10 постоянно дает “отказавший для выборки” ошибок, приводящих к “Не могущему определить местоположение пакета”

Я установил Lubuntu в VMware, и он работал отлично некоторое время, пока я не пытался добавить другой репозиторий. Какой репозиторий я добавляю, любой пакет, который я пытаюсь установить после добавления, репозиторий не может быть найден. В той точке я видел, что все репозитории, которые я добавил, показывали failed to fetch ошибки после того, как я выполнил команду sudo apt-get update.Что мне делать? Я попробовал большинство мер там как clean, update, upgrade но ничто, кажется, не работает.
