Обновление Ubuntu 16.04

У меня недавно есть человечность обновления от 14,04 до 16,04.

Я не уверен, работает ли это, как это должно потому что, когда я делаю команду:

склонные sudo - получают обновление, это происходит:

Какова проблема и как я решу ее?

Когда я в терминале ввожу: политика способного кэша lmodern
