devicequery for CUDA 7.5 not working (ubuntu 14.04)

I installed the nvidia 7.5 toolkit using the помещение .deb file on my 14.04 ubuntu версия.

I followed the instructions on the installation ручной конечный and ubuntu didnt print any errors. When I got to составил the samples provided by nvidia i received an ошибку "cannot find-lnvcuvid".

Then i tried to run deviceQuery and received the ошибка

I have the 7.5 версия installed. My gpu is в nvidia GTX 970 and - the latest драйвер (352.63)
