Ваш скриншот действительно полезен, особенно строка Screen 0: ... current 3200x1533. Это говорит о том, что размер экрана в соответствии с xrandr равен 3200x1533. Вы можете сбросить его с помощью xrandr с опцией -fb. В вашем случае вы можете попробовать xrandr --fb 1280x1024. Обычно это значение должно быть наименьшим из разрешений ваших разных дисплеев.

   --fbmm widthxheight
          Sets the reported values for the physical size of the screen. Normally, xrandr resets the reported  physical  size  values  to
          keep the DPI constant.  This overrides that computation.
