потеря пакетов проводного соединения человечности 14.04

Я работаю 14.04 на новой машине и не мог получить стабильное проводное интернет-соединение.

ядро: 3.13.0-32-универсальный

сетевая плата: RTL8111/8168/8411

Если я включаю DHCP, он иногда соединяется после 10-20 минут попытки, и затем существует высокая потеря пакетов, когда я пытаюсь проверить с помощью ping-запросов свой маршрутизатор. Если я вручную даю ему IP, это соединяется сразу же, но все еще имеет потерю пакетов при проверке с помощью ping-запросов.

Маршрутизатор и кабель были уже протестированы на другой машине. Я уже попробовал r8168 драйвер вместо r8169 (те же результаты).
