Bluetooth (rtl8723be) не находит устройств на Lenovo Ideapad 100-14iby

Модифицированный файл tlp.conf в моем casa, расположенном в /etc. Измените USB_BLACKLIST= "ID bluetooth-карты"

После всего этого Bluetooth не работает.
