Сенсорная панель распознается как «PS / 2 Generic Mouse» на Dell Inspiron 7506 2-in-1

У меня проблемы с правильной работой сенсорной панели на моем ноутбуке Dell Inspiron 7506 2n1 с Ubuntu 20.04.

Чтобы выполнить щелчок левой кнопкой мыши, мне нужно коснуться панели 3 раза (вместо этого из 2 обычно). Я не могу щелкнуть правой кнопкой мыши, коснувшись панели двумя пальцами, и не могу прокрутить таким образом.

Большинство ToughPad на ноутбуке можно обнаружить двумя способами:

  • Как мышь I2C с возможностью мультитач.
  • Как мышь PS/2, используется, когда драйверы I2C недоступны (например, во время установки Windows).

Если ваша мышь определяется как PS/2, это, вероятно, означает, что ваши драйверы I2C отсутствуют или мышь включена как PS/2 по умолчанию ядром. Вот небольшой процесс, чтобы попытаться исправить это.

Теперь трудно найти правильный процесс (если возможно), но вы можете сначала проверить журналы ядра с помощью следующей команды и найти записи мыши.

Выполните поиск «input», введя /input и проверьте обнаруженный ввод. В конце концов поместите некоторые журналы здесь.
