Пытаюсь установить Docker, но получаю ошибку [дубликат]

Я следую официальному руководству по установке Docker для docker-ce в Ubuntu.

Когда я добираюсь до sudo apt install docker-ce , я получаю E: Пакет 'docker-ce' не имеет кандидата на установку :

Моей первой мыслью было, что Docker haven еще не выпустил пакет для Bionic (он очень новый), но когда я искал "install docker-ce ubuntu 18.04", я нашел руководство, которое кажется специфичным для 18.04 и в основном просто дает точно такие же инструкции - предполагая, что оно, по крайней мере, сработало для автора:
