Получил 403 запрещенный IP-адрес на sudo apt-get update [дубликат]

Сегодня я начал новую работу и пытаюсь настроить свою машину для работы через их сервер Windows.

Мне удалось установить подключение к Интернету через сервер, но теперь я не могу запустить apt-get update , так как получаю ошибку «403 запрещено».

Это для каждого репо в моем списке источников, кроме переводов (?).

У меня есть прокси в apt.conf , если его нет, я получаю ошибку 407 Permission Denied.

Вот мой файл apt.conf (я пропустил свое имя пользователя и пароль)

Я могу вроде как исправить это, изменив все http в sources.list на ftp , но у меня все еще есть проблемы с ppas
