Поиск файла sh является незаконным в tcsh

После решения этой проблемы я попытался исправить редактирование скрипта sh csh.cshrc. В конце я добавил следующие строки:

. /etc/fsl/5.0/fsl.sh
setenv FREESURFER_HOME/home/User/freesurfer
source $FREESURFER_HOME/SetUpFreeSurfer.csh

Но я получаю ошибку /usr/sbin/.: Permission denied.. Я попытался изменить его на source /etc/fsl/5.0/fsl.sh bt, тогда я получил ошибку Illegal variable name..
