Bluetooth не работает в Ubuntu на ноутбуке HP - 15-di2000tu

У меня ноутбук HP - 15-di2000tu, и Wi-Fi, и Bluetooth работали в Windows. После установки Ubuntu 20.04 Wi-Fi остается работает нормально, но Bluetooth показывает ошибку «Bluetooth не найден. Подключите ключ для использования Bluetooth ».

Проверка состояния Bluetooth

sudo systemctl status bluetooth

если он не активен, то

sudo systemctl enable bluetooth

sudo systemctl bluetooth.service start

сканирование

bluetoothctl scan on

Чтобы сделать ваш Bluetooth-адаптер обнаруживаемым для других устройств,

bluetoothctl discoverable on

Подключение к устройству

bluetoothctl pair FC:69:47:7C:9D:A3

Список сопряженных устройств с помощью bluetoothctl

Решение этой проблемы, скорее всего, потребует взаимодействия туда и обратно, со следующими действиями с вашей стороны:

  1. Оперативное размещение результатов различных диагностических команд.
  2. Проверка предоставленных ссылок.

Примерные решения:

  1. Отключить Bluetooth в BIOS, перезагрузиться и снова включить его в BIOS. Смотрите, например, здесь и здесь.

  2. Согласно этому, адаптер (WiFi+Bluetooth) - это Realtek RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n (1x1) и Bluetooth® 4.2 combo. Возможно, драйвер для него недоступен. Чтобы проверить это, вы можете посмотреть вывод одной команды выше, или попробовать набрать modprobe rtl8723, а затем , чтобы увидеть опции завершения табуляции. Если он недоступен, вам придется установить его. Смотрите, например, this, this или this.

  3. sudo systemctl bluetooth.service start
