Установка Docker не удалась на UBUNTU 18.4

1. Я попытался установить докер, но получил ошибки, затем я поискал другой метод, попробовал это ... теперь я получаю ошибки в 'docker ver' cmd, а также мне нужно добавить префикс docker cmd с СУДО .. мой журнал следует:
