Интерфейс командной строки Redshift - как предотвратить затемнение экрана из-за красного смещения?

Когда работает красное смещение - экран немного тускнеет. Это было заметно при просмотре видео в VLC. Даже если я отключу красное смещение в его параметрах, затемнение останется. Только при выходе из программы яркость возвращается в норму.

Значения дневной и ночной яркости также установлены равными 1.0 в конфигурации, поэтому проблем нет. Нет опции, связанной с затемнением.

Не уверен, в чем проблема или как ее исправить.
