netplan apply и netplan try error

При установке моего сервера Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS возникает следующая ошибка при запуске sudo netplan try:

Сначала я подумал, что совершил ошибку, когда внес небольшое изменение в /etc/netplan/01-netcfg.yaml, но вернулся к исходному, и ошибка осталась.

Как это решить?
