& ldquo; sudo apt-get update & rdquo; дает 404 Не найдено в Ubuntu 14.10

У меня новая установка рабочего стола Ubuntu 14.10. Я загрузил его вчера. Он установлен правильно.

Я прочитал много вопросов и попробовал все из них один одним. Но это все еще вызывает проблему. Я проверил все варианты в Software и Updates, а также попробовал разные серверы. Это вызывает ту же проблему

23 июля 2015 года Ubuntu 14.10 (Utopic Unicorn) достиг «конца жизни» и больше не поддерживается. Недавно Ubuntu удалил его из своих официальных зеркал. Если вам по-прежнему требуются репозитории Apt, вам нужно отредактировать файл /etc/apt/source.list, чтобы указать на:

http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/

Мы также установили для него зеркало:

http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/

Хотя вам настоятельно рекомендуется перейти на более поздний выпуск. Обновления безопасности больше не предоставляются для любых пакетов в 14.10. Мы предоставляем этот репозиторий как удобство и временную работу для тех, кто еще не обновился до поддерживаемого выпуска.

Это сработало для меня.

    В то время, когда вопрос был задан, и ответил, Ubuntu 14.10 не был в конце жизни. Обратите внимание, что принятый ответ от 29 декабря 2014 года, по-видимому, решил проблему пользователей. – Charles Green 20 November 2015 в 08:20

Возможно, вы находитесь за физическим / сетевым брандмауэром или другим сетевым устройством безопасности, на котором заблокированы прокси-сервер http / https или несколько категорий веб-сайтов, или редкий шанс, но порт 80/443/8080 забронирован

    Я так не думаю ... потому что только pk.archive.ubuntu.com не работал нормально. Все остальные серверы в порядке. Может быть, это было для обслуживания или по какой-то другой причине. – arximughal 1 January 2015 в 16:35
