Скрипт Imwheel без GUI

В настоящее время у меня есть этот скрипт, который будет запущен при запуске:

Теперь вопрос как я могу заставить этот скрипт работать без GUI и всегда устанавливать скорость прокрутки на 2?

В настоящее время я должен нажимать Применить каждый раз, когда я запускаю компьютер, и я сам не писал сценарий, поэтому я не знаю, как его изменить.
