debconf.py отсутствует в системе & mdash; получение 3-4 отчетов о проблемах при каждом перезапуске

Не удается найти debconf.py в каталоге / usr / lib / python3 / dist-packages или /usr/lib/python3.5/
при запуске python или python3.5: >> import debconf
Я получаю
