Я включил xenial-backports и AppStream CLI tool version: 0.10.6. Я попробовал $ sudo appstreamcli refresh --force, как было предложено в одном предлагаемом решении, но это не помогает.

Ошибка не появляется каждый раз, когда я делаю sudo apt update, но я не знаю, почему она продолжает появляться.
