Наконец я смог сузить его и загрузить отсутствующий пакет, fontconfig-config 2.11.94-0ubuntu1.1 (бинарный файл i386), с http://launchpadlibrarian.net/279293730/fontconfig-config_2.11.94-0ubuntu1 .1_all.deb.
