Кажется, ваш /etc/apt/sources.list сломан.
Обычно вам это должно выглядеть как-то вроде (по крайней мере, для моих серверов Ubuntu это выглядит так)

попробуйте это: отключите любой ppa. отключите ipv6, запустите: sudo service resolvconf restart, сначала запустите sudo apt update
, если это не исправить, тогда вы можете попробовать использовать зеркало из программного обеспечения & amp; update -> Ubuntu Software - Загрузить с -> other -> выберите лучший сервер.
