apt-get игнорирует все пакеты с "Translation-en_US" [duplicate]

Это означает, что процесс обновления проверил этот конкретный список репозиториев, а ваш обновленный, так что это игнорируется. Более того, игнорируемые списки репозиториев не одинаковы при каждом обновлении.
