Я вижу, что у вас есть устройство Radeon, но нигде не сказано, чтобы загрузить драйвер , Другой вариант - посмотреть, работает ли драйвер с закрытым исходным кодом, если вы запустите jockey-text из командной строки.
Мне также кажется странным, что он находит 5 дисплеев.
