Инструмент сообщения об ошибках появляется при каждом входе в систему [закрыто]

У меня двойная загрузка с XP и 11.04. Каждый раз, когда я запускаю 11.04, появляется инструмент сообщения об ошибках, и когда я нажимаю кнопку «Создать отчет», текстовый файл отображается следующим образом:

Последние три или четыре строки в приведенном выше тексте показывают некоторые признаки проблемы но я этого не понимаю Нужна помощь.
