Я нашел исправление для этой ошибки по следующим кодам:

sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/linux-image-2.6.37-020637-generic.postrm
sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/linux-image-2.6.37-020637-generic.list

sudo apt-get clean all
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

Я дважды запускал sudo apt-get update.

Затем я запускаю synaptic и вручную удаляю пакет, и моя система снова становится чистой.
