Ubuntu видит только один процессор

Я (пере) установил Ubuntu 18.04 на второй диск моего компьютера (первый - родная Windows 10). Я использовал это изображение и эту процедуру (как я делал 6 месяцев назад).

В отличие от того, что я делал 6 месяцев назад, теперь Ubuntu видит только 1 процессор (должно быть 12), как вы можете видеть здесь.

Что я могу сделать?

Но тогда почему я вижу, что htop снова показывает только 1 CPU?
