Для прокрутки мышью нужно 17 тиков, чтобы зарегистрировать 1 движение на свежей Ubuntu 19.04

Это не было проблемой с Ubuntu 18.04.

В Ubuntu 19.04, которую я только что установил, я заметил это даже с использованием LiveCD.

Я обнаружил эту проблему только с помощью стандартной оптической мыши Microsoft .

Обычная дешевая USB-мышь без проблем прокручивалась, как и ожидалось.

Я попытался перезагрузить и другие порты USB 2.0 и 3.0.

Я также сталкивался с той же проблемой в последней Fedora 30 , так что, возможно, она может быть связана с модулями ядра ?
