Попытка установить glee-dev ubuntu 19.04

Я попытался установить glee-dev, используя эту простую процедуру:

sudo apt-get update -y
sudo apt-get install -y glee-dev

Но я получил ошибку ... "пакет недоступен" Есть идеи для решения?
