Проблема при установке Scid против ПК

Я загрузил scid_vs_pc-4.18.1.tgz отсюда: http://scidvspc.sourceforge.net , распакованный с менеджером архивов. открыл терминал в папке с именем scid_vs_pc-4.18.1, затем вошел ./configure и получил это:

в сети произошла фатальная ошибка 4 из последней строки src/pgnscid.cpp:30:17: fatal error: tcl.h: No such file or directory

, затем я вошел в sudo make install и получил это:

Как правильно установить Scid vs. PC? Где главная проблема и как ее решить ... Спасибо.
