После установки Ubuntu 17.10 я не могу запустить Deluge

$ deluge --version

deluge: 1.3.15

До обновления Ubuntu с 17.04 до 17.10 он работал очень хорошо; Я установил его перед обновлением и попытался переустановить (много раз) после обновления:
