проблема с установкой приложений и обновлением программных источников

Когда я пытаюсь установить новое программное обеспечение через терминал, например:

sudo apt-get install nethogs 

, я получаю следующую ошибку:

E: Невозможно получить некоторые архивы, возможно, запустить apt-get update или попробовать с --fix-missing?

Когда я пытаюсь использовать аргумент --fix-missing после apt-get, он показал мне, что не может получить источники.

Когда я использую sudo apt-get update, он не может собрать программные источники, и многие из них игнорируются и имеют ошибку.

Я прочитал эту ветку. Я удалил ubuntu-extras-keyring, но не смог установить его снова.

Я думаю, может быть проблема с моим интернет-соединением, но когда я пингую 4.2.2.4, он работает правильно, и я могу без проблем просматривать Интернет.

Я не могу установить какое-либо программное обеспечение или обновить источники программного обеспечения.
