Ошибка обновления программного обеспечения: сбой операции пакета

Всякий раз, когда мне предлагают установить обновления программного обеспечения, я получаю сообщение об ошибке:

Когда я запускаю

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

, это то, что отображает терминал:
