Экран постоянно зависает и показывает черный экран

Мой экран навсегда зависает, становится полностью черным, а затем снова показывает графику.

Я избавился от этой проблемы, поместив nomodeset в файл grub, но после этого графический рисунок стал медленнее и острее.

• Ubuntu 18.04 LTC

• XFCE 4
