KDE не работает после обновления до 19.04: org.kde.solid.udisks2: Ошибка при получении реквизита

После обновления до 19.04 KDE не запускается, просто останавливается пустой экран. При запуске KDevelop из lxde он также зависает и медленно помещает в терминал следующее:

Стоит отметить, что SDDM также не работает: он просто зависает, не переходя в графический режим. Хотя LXDM начинается.

Через ~ 10 минут это наконец началось:
