Не могу установить 7zip в Ubuntu 13.10

Когда я пытаюсь установить 7zip в Ubuntu Software Center, он сообщает, что он доступен из репозитория Universe. Я нажимаю «Использовать этот источник», аутентифицируюсь и ничего не происходит.

Это касается всего, что я пытаюсь установить, хотя у меня нормальное интернет-соединение.

И когда я запускаю команду sudo apt-get update, я получаю следующие результаты:
