Как решить проблему с репозиториями и обновить информацию, устарело сообщение 14.04

И, конечно же, они повторяются даже после набрав sudo apt-get install spotify-client. Я не сталкивался с ними, поэтому следовал некоторым рекомендациям и попробовал sudo apt-get upgrade, а затем sudo apt-get update, но безуспешно.
