Ошибка обновления Ubuntu 19.04: /usr/lib/python3.7/html/__pycache__ ': разрешение отклонено

Я сделал обновление до Ubuntu - с 18.10 по 19.04. Теперь я получил сообщение об ошибке:

Error found when loading /etc/profile:

Я прочитал другую тему для запуска:

cat /etc/profile

Вывод, который я получил:
