Как отключить прокрутку колесика мыши с помощью xinput?

xinput говорит, что моя мышь имеет идентификатор 11:

Настройка кнопок 4 и 5 на 0 работает:

Однако прокрутка колесика мыши не отключена. Есть идеи, что с этим делать? Ubuntu 18.04.3.

ETA : Обратите внимание, что ответ, принятый в Как отключить прокрутку колесика мыши в Ubuntu 11.04 или 10.10? , не работает, по крайней мере, в моем случае.
