Создайте файл журнала в Powershell

Я имею ниже кода, и в настоящее время он загружает всю информацию об экране. Я хочу, чтобы это зарегистрировалось к файлу журнала на D:\Apps\Logs.

Файл журнала должен иметь название компьютера, который это загружает против - так COMPUTERNAME.log

Какая-либо идея, как я могу сделать это?
