Dell Vostro 14 3446: Сенсорная панель, обнаруженная как Мышь (или что-то еще)

Какая-либо идея, почему это происходит и как предотвратить ее?

PS. Dell обеспечил своего рода драйвер по http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverid=5V4HN, но установка приводит обоих к сбою на Ubuntu 12.04 и 14.04 с этим сообщением:
