Неспособный к install/unistall из-за python3 поврежденный пакет

Не удалось установить или удалить любой пакет и через терминальный и через центр программного обеспечения.

Испытанный

sudo apt-get -configure -a 

также фиксируя поврежденный dpendencies через способность. Но, доберитесь, та же ошибка Также пыталась выполниться,

sudo apt-get -f install

Но это дало ошибки как:

Could not find platform dependent libraries <exec_prefix>
Consider setting $PYTHONHOME to <prefix>[:<exec_prefix>]
Fatal Python error: Py_Initialize: Unable to get the locale encoding
ImportError: No module named 'encodings'

Склонные Sudo - добираются, установка-f дает ту же ошибку, как упомянуто прежде:
