Соедините OpenVPN с файлом конфигурации позади прокси http/https

Я хотел бы соединиться с использованием VPN, OpenVPN от терминала openvpn - конфигурируют client.ovpn, но я должен соединиться позади прокси http/https для доступа к Интернету. Так, как я устанавливаю его? Аналогично, если я решаю соединить использование этого https://nordvpn.com/tutorials/linux/pptp/, как установить его позади прокси? Я использую Ubuntu 14.04.

Мне удалось соединиться с vpn путем редактирования ovpn файла. Но, я не думаю, что это хорошо работает. Вот журналы.
