Ваша проблема NO_PUBKEY
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 16126d3a3e5c1192
sudo apt-get update
И Вы не имеете main, хранилище позволило
sudo apt-add-repository main
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install postfix
И если software-properties-common не установлен (нам нужно apt-add-repository)
