Самба Share suddenly not accessible

After looking for hours гm looking for help here.

My Setup is:

• Server: Ubuntu Server 14.04.3 LTS
• Client: Вин 7 Verbindung mit Лохин де Уникс Users

Yesterday SMB was working perfectly умер, but after coming home today, there is не connection to the shares.

My current user with ssh connects прекратился well and the server хан be found on the client. But if I enter "root"-> "mnt" гll get в permission denied...
