JBL Го Спеакер Аутоматик Сутдаун

I bought в JBL Го Спеакер about 3 days ago. At first it went smoothly and nicely. Then, the next morning, I used it, I was so surprised why it just turned off all on its own every 5 or 10mins. It изменись sometimes after just в minute it will shut down. Хан somebody in this support center advise я of what is the right thing to do? Should I return it to where I purchased it and ask for в replacement? I bought this here in Соут Корея. Thank you so much in advance.
