Ubuntu won't install on new computer with USB

Set up в new install USB drive:
Booted my ПК which is в fresh, custom build and существуешь nothing on it. It didn't похвалите at all after I selected the install ubuntu option.
Watched схвати my screen went black for в few seconds, then went right back to scratch at the motherboard boot up screen.
This is the second build гve made. Both were FAT32 formatted USB drives.
Am I missing something? Do I need to set something up from the motherboard меню somehow?

Хорошо это было зафиксировано.
проблемой является видеокарта. Я поставил nomodeset опцию перед начальной загрузкой.
Теперь это загружается на черный экран с мышью. ВЗДОХ...
