Как я могу настроить прокручивающие сторону обои?

и продолжительность были сделаны дополнительными и имеющими значениями по умолчанию. -s опция также добавляется для калибровки обоев (то же как Мозаика, Масштаб, опции Stretch от Параметров настройки системы).

Точно так же, как я сказал в комментариях, необходимо будет сократить изображение даже в размерные или перекрывающиеся части и создать слайд-шоу для него. Я не знаю лицензию того определенного изображения, которое Вы хотите, таким образом, я оставлю его до Вас для вырезания его ( Подсказка ).

Однако вот анимированный сценарий генератора обоев, который я записал. Использование очень просто. Как показано -h опция:

usage: xml_wallpaper_maker.py [-h] -d DIRECTORY -t TRANSITION -l LENGTH [-o]

  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -d DIRECTORY, --directory DIRECTORY
