Нуждаюсь в помощи заставляя Bluetooth работать

У меня есть nuvision планшет, который я не могу выяснить, как заставить Bluetooth работать. Кажется мне, что может иметь отношение к адресу Bluetooth? Любой знает любые решения, поскольку я плохо знаком с человечностью и Linux в целом. Вот вся информация, которую я мог собрать.
