зернышко не работает / переустанавливающий ошибку возвратов зернышка

Я недавно попытался установить пакеты с зернышком и когда я ввел в своей установке ‍pip... ‍ команду и совершил нападки, входят, ничего не происходит, процесс кажется остановленным или работающий в циклах. Никакой вход и я не закрываем мой терминал.

Тем временем я обновил Python. Я подозреваю, что, возможно, сделал что-то неправильное, но как новичок на Терминале, я не уверен, что, возможно, пошло не так, как надо.

Я думал, что должен попробовать, переустанавливают зернышко, но ошибка, данная ниже, возвращается.

Какая-либо идея о том, где заняться расследованиями?
